The service

Lokmi is a mobile app that offers food information by age and stage, recipes, plating ideas, a weekly plan, a shopping list, Food Journey records and, in Lokmi Pro, personalized AI features, for children from the start of solids to about five years old.

Health notice

Lokmi is not a medical service. Information in the app is general and for information only; it doesn't replace advice from a pediatrician, dietitian or other health professional. For decisions about your child's feeding, allergies, growth or health, talk to a health professional.

Every child is different. Before offering a food, consider your child's development, the preparation and serving guidance and your own observations. In an emergency (for example signs of a serious allergic reaction), call your local emergency number right away.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be an adult and create an account to use Lokmi. A parent or caregiver creates the account on the child's behalf.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account secure. Let us know if you think your account has been used without permission.
• You may not use someone else's account without their permission.

Lokmi Free and Lokmi Pro

Lokmi's core features are free. The food guide and Food Journey logs stay free. Lokmi Pro adds features such as every recipe and plating idea, a new plan each week, unlimited use of What do you have? and Lokmi AI features. What Free and Pro include may change over time; the app always shows the current scope.

Subscriptions

• Lokmi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. The price, billing period and any trial are shown in the store before you buy.
• Payments, cancellations and refunds follow the store's terms and are handled through the store.
• When you cancel, auto-renewal stops and Lokmi Pro stays active until the end of the paid period (or trial).
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription automatically; cancel it separately in the store.
• You can restore purchases to the same account with “Restore purchases” in the app.

AI features

Lokmi AI features explain and suggest within suitable options decided by Lokmi's own rules. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and must not be used as the only source of information about age suitability, allergies, preparation or health. Lokmi AI doesn't give medical advice.

Recipes created by Lokmi AI are labelled “Lokmi AI recipe” in the app.

Acceptable use

When using Lokmi, you agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates others' rights;
• try to bypass the service's security, reverse engineer it or access systems without permission;
• overload the service with automated tools or copy content in bulk;
• republish Lokmi content for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

The Lokmi app, its design, text, recipes, images and other content belong to Lokmi or its licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use Lokmi for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.

The information you enter is yours; we process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Lokmi and may add, change or remove features. We can't guarantee the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

Limitation of liability

Lokmi tries to prepare information with care but doesn't guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for your child in every situation. Decisions about your child's feeding are yours. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Lokmi. This section doesn't affect rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we'll announce significant changes in the app or on this page.

Details of the service provider and a contact address will be added to this section before Lokmi is released in the stores.
